My Service
I provide an architectural visualisation package for projects ranging from house extensions; renovations; conversions; and entirely new buildings. The package can vary in purpose from a proposal that you want planning permission for, to a brochure that highlights various approaches and site opportunities.
A package usually contains:
Site Analysis
Diagrams
Plans
Sections
Elevations
Axonometrics
Photo-realistic Project Visuals
Costing
Based on the time taken to complete a package in its entirety- ranging from two to three weeks of work- I offer a fixed rate of £750.
This is broken down into an average of 60-80 hours of work between site visits, consultations, surveys and production.
